The latest History Carnival has been posted by Kathryn Hadley at History Today News: animals, anniversaries and historical sources are among the topics covered.
History Carnival will now be going on a summer hiatus, as no one has volunteered to host and, in addition, I'd quite like a couple of months off. You can continue to send nominations of interesting posts via the nomination form and they'll be forwarded to the host of the next edition which will, hopefully, be on 1 October.
